Protecting health, protecting workers

RGA Overview

The Responsible Glove Alliance (RGA) is a collective effort established by purchasers and producers of gloves that aims to protect workers and reduce the risk of forced labor and drive social and environmental. RGA members commit to drive continuous improvement through the implementation of due diligence practices within their owned facilities, supply chains, and worker recruitment channels.

The RGA is an initiative of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA). The RGA and its members collaborate to address forced labor, and other social and environmental issues as they arise, in global glove industry supply chains through recruitment transformation collective efforts and the application of due diligence with standards, tools and programs. Working in a pre-competitive, collaborative environment allows for consistent application of these standards in a more expedient and effective manner.
