The RGA is an initiative of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) is supported by RBA staff, including strategic oversight and administrative support.

The Steering Committee is the governance body of the RGA that oversees the general management and direction of RGA.

The inaugural RGA Steering Committee with voting positions consist of a representative each from the RGA founding members. Subsequent members will be selected by a vote of the full membership, for a term of two years. The RGA Steering Committee will oversee the general management and direction of initiative and operate by consensus.


 

Staff

RBA staff implement the strategic plan, lead efforts on behalf of all members, and manage the RGA programs and services.

Become a Member of the RGA

Membership of the RGA is open to:

  • All rubber glove manufacturers, and
  • All companies globally that purchase rubber gloves.

RGA membership provides members with tools and programming to: conduct due diligence at the employment site and with recruitment partners; promote responsible recruitment of migrant workers; incorporate worker engagement; and deliver remedy.
