The RBA and Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (Ms. Jane Duke, Ambassador to Counter Modern Slavery, People Smuggling and Human Trafficking) are co-hosting an event in Sydney, Australia on June 3, 2026:
Driving Responsible Business: Evolving Business Practices Through Human Rights Due Diligence.
This meeting will bring together government representatives, industry leaders, and civil society experts to explore how companies can implement effective human rights due diligence (HRDD) in practice while preparing for emerging global regulations and legislation, including mandatory due diligence laws and forced labour import restrictions.
The event will discuss alignment with international frameworks such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPBHR) and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and share practical insights from companies implementing site-level due diligence across their supply chains.

RGA Annual Conference - September 11, 2026 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
The Responsible Glove Alliance (RGA) will hold its annual conference on the margins of the 12th International Rubber Glove Conference and Exhibition hosted by the Malaysian Rubber Glove Manufacturers Association (MARGMA) in Kuala Lumpur on September 11 from 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
The Conference will focus on driving responsible business conduct during uncertain geopolitical times, how to leverage RBA/RGA tools and programs to access international markets and address forced labor risks deeper in the glove supply chain. It is geared to members of RGA and their suppliers and non-member companies in or that work with the rubber glove sector. This will be a free event for members of the RGA members, and two complimentary registrations will be given to each supplier of an RGA member as well as to RBA vendor partners; fees apply to other non-members.
RGA will also host an Exhibition booth at the IRGCE from September 8-10 and host RGA member and supplier invitation only training event on September 10 from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
