RGA Holds Workshop in Kuala Lumpur

In Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia last week, the RGA worked with members and suppliers to build capability to identify and remediate recruitment fees in the hiring journey during a hands-on workshop helping to equip participants with practical skills to drive responsible recruitment in the rubber glove industry.
The RGA also had a booth at the Malaysian Rubber Glove Manufacturers Association's (MARGMA) International Rubber Glove Conference & Exhibition (IRGCE), where members of the team joined RGA members to showcase leading ESG practices in the rubber glove sector.

- All companies globally that purchase rubber gloves.
RGA membership provides members with tools and programming to: conduct due diligence at the employment site and with recruitment partners; promote responsible recruitment of migrant workers; incorporate worker engagement; and deliver remedy.
